Cherbourg-en-Cotentin. This Tuesday, take part in a solidarity march to inform about this disease

World AIDS Day will be held this Thursday, December 1, 2022. On this occasion, the Tourlavillais leisure club (CLT) organizes a walkingopen to all, in order toinform about HIVin the presence of the Cherbourg association VIH’gilance, founded in 2018 and whose aim is to support AIDS patients, but also to raise public awareness of this disease, some aspects of which are still unknown.

This Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 10 a.m., the members of the CLT health and sports section will walk, like every Tuesday. For their well-being, in the first place, but also to raise funds. Everyone will bring a contribution of 2 eurosin order to support the action of VIH’gilance. Anyone wishing to join them is welcome.

Our group is dedicated to the practice of sports on prescription, as well as to people with a chronic pathology. Some are suffering from obesity, diabetes, cancer or cardiovascular disease. We walk, we talk, we laugh… And we always choose routes that allow everyone to go at their own pace. We’re not looking for performance, that’s not the goal at all.

Last year is theassociation ENDOmind, supporting women with endometriosiswho took part in the march.

This meeting allows raise awareness about the diseaseto ask questions in all simplicity to its members, without taboo… while raising funds. This Tuesday, November 29, 2022, solidarity will once again be there.
