Princess Charlene, 44, had once again entrusted the organization of her annual Christmas Ball to Sandrine Knoell, of Five Stars Events, creator and organizer of events. Patrons and guests of the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation met at the Hermitage Hotel in Monaco on December 9, 2022.

Princess Charlene is godmother of this charity ball. The hotel’s Belle Époque room was decorated with the “Italia Chic” theme this year. Fundraising was done mainly through the auction which was organized by the auction house Sotheby’s. “The Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation would like to thank all the donors and partners who contributed to the success of this 2022 edition”declared the spokesperson for the foundation, at the end of this magnificent solidarity evening.

Princess Charlene’s sparkling dress

The Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation (FPCM) was founded in 2012 by the wife of Prince Albert II. Among its main actions, the foundation carries out projects for the prevention of drowning and the education of children through the values ​​of sport. “Until the end of 2021, more than 990,000 people in 41 countries have benefited from the Foundation’s programs”, says the foundation.

To attend this event, Princess Charlene wore a midnight blue tulle dress by Carolina Herrera. The semi-transparent dress was embroidered with sparkling sequins. Among the guests of the evening, we noticed the presence of the Marchioness Roberta Gilardi and her husband Donato Sestito, as well as the Italian ambassador to Monaco, Alaimio Giulio.
