Now is the time to do business and especially on Google Pixel 6a, Samsung Galaxy S21, Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Samsung Galaxy A53 5G and Poco X4 Pro smartphones. But between these, which one is really for you? Here are some cross comparison elements that will allow you to find the best model.

The design is somewhat everyone’s business, but it’s about finding the one that suits you best between those offered by the models we have selected for you. The Google Pixel 6a is the most original since it has, on its back, a wide band which occupies the entire width of the device integrating the photo sensors. For the other models in this comparison, they use an island in the upper left corner with sensors aligned and rather well integrated. All are available in different colors. The lightest is the Samsung Galaxy S21 which weighs 169 grams followed by Google’s Pixel 6a with 178 grams on the scale. Then there is the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G which weighs 189 grams, then the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G with 202 grams and finally the Poco X4 Pro with 205 grams in hand. The Samsung Galaxy S21 mobile is also the thinnest with a profile of 7.9 mm while it is 8.1 mm on the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G and 8.12 mm on the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and Poco X4 Pro. The thickest is therefore the Pixel 6a with a thickness of 8.9 mm.

Which offers the best performance?

If it’s power you’re looking for, the Samsung Galaxy S21 is almost on par with Google’s Pixel 6a even though the latter’s Tensor chip is newer than the Samsung Exynos 2100 chipset built into the former. Then there’s the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G which sports an Exynos 1280 processor that offers a bit more power than the Snapdragon 695 installed at the heart of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and Poco X4 Pro. They are available with a minimum of 128 GB of storage space. Only Samsung Galaxy S21 and Google Pixel 6a cannot support adding a micro SD memory card which is accepted by others to expand recording capabilities.

To work, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Poco X4 Pro and Galaxy A53 5G have a battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh against 4400 mAh for the Pixel 6a and 4000 mAh for the Galaxy S21. The Xiaomi and Poco recharge the fastest, supporting the charge at 67 watts against a maximum of 25 watts for the two Samsung mobiles and only 18 watts for the Google smartphone, which is therefore the slowest to fill its battery.

What configurations for photos?

For photos and videos, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and Poco X4 Pro offer exactly the same configuration, i.e. 108 + 8 + 2 megapixels at the back and a 16 megapixel sensor at the front for taking selfies. Both Samsung mobiles use a 64-megapixel main photo sensor and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. The Galaxy S21 adds a 12-megapixel lens while there are two more 5-megapixel sensors on the Galaxy A53 5G for macro shots and portrait optimization. The Galaxy S21 is content with a 10 megapixel sensor on the front while the Galaxy A53 5G has a 32 megapixel module. Finally, the Google Pixel 6a has a dual-stabilized 12.2-megapixel sensor and a 12-megapixel sensor on the back. It uses an 8-megapixel lens on the front to take selfies.

In terms of connectivity, they are all 5G compatible and offer NFC for contactless payment. The Galaxy S21 and Pixel 6a have the advantage of offering compatibility with Wi-Fi 6E networks, while the others are limited to Wi-Fi 5, which is less efficient. Only the Poco X4 Pro offers an audio port to plug in headphones. The fingerprint reader is installed under the screen of Samsung and Google while it is on the profile on the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and Poco X4 Pro. Note the presence on these last two models of an infrared transmitter which allows them to be transformed into a universal remote control.

What is the most remarkable screen?

To put it simply, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and the Poco X4 Pro are equipped with the same screen. They are based on a 6.67-inch diagonal, flat AMOLED panel with a maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz. They support HDR image modes and display a definition of 1080×2400 pixels. It is also the same definition that is displayed on the other devices in this comparison but on slightly smaller diagonals, all of them have an AMOLED panel. The Galaxy A53 5G screen is 6.5 inches compared to 6.2 inches for the Galaxy S21 and 6.1 inches for the Pixel 6a screen. The latter is the only one with a frequency limited to 60 Hz, therefore offering less fluid scrolling. It is IP67 certified, therefore completely sealed against fresh water and dust. This is also the case with the Samsung Galaxy S21 and Galaxy A53 5G, while the others can only withstand splashes.
