The brand new healthy canteen that is a hit in Brussels

An uninterrupted queue to access the counter of the brand new Seven. Since its opening last week, the address has not been empty. To the point that, literally robbed, it even had to close its doors for 48 hours.

The video of the day :

Seven

Here is a brand newcomer to Uccle. Located rue Edith Cavell, right next to the new Wittamer and Tortue, the address brings a new special character to the district. Between the tea room, the lunch address with friends or the good plan to simply come and chill on the weekend, we can say that the new address in Uccle is having its little effect. In the program ? A vast space decorated with raw and natural materials based on wood and smooth concrete. Special mention to the pretty water green color that comes from the furniture to the bowls and plates. It’s just very beautiful. We order at the counter and we go to sit down while waiting to be served.

The new healthy meeting

What are we drinking? Specialty coffees (latte, espresso, cappuccino, flat white), teas, chaï and matcha latte or even detoxifying or energizing fresh juices… Recover your health with superfood shakes like the Tropical Gold (banana, mango, dates, circula, coconut milk) or Lean Green (spinach, mango, matcha, mint, coconut milk) to which proteins, collagen, chia seeds, spirulina, etc. can be added. Healthy but not sectarian, Seven also offers a small selection of natural wines.

On the food side, you can taste plates of salmon & quinoa and lots of other good things, a beef & beef, veggie bowls, a soba, a seasonal burrito or the soup of the day. There are also avocado toasts, egg&cheese pancakes, acai and nutty bowls on the menu. The place invites you to land and return. On the price side, we are of course on the prices of this kind of address. Coffees oscillate between 3 and 4€, squeezed fruits between 4 and 6€ and superfood shakes are at 7€. Count 17€ for the salmon plates, 10€ for the soup of the day and 12€ for the acaï bowl.
