During the night from Friday to Saturday, the green alley in Saint-Vaast (La Louvière) was the scene of a fire. The house at number 19 was engulfed in flames. Apparently, it is on the ground floor that the fire took, at the level of an armchair.
The house is inaccessible. Seals were placed by the police. An investigation is underway. – VP
Despite the intervention of firefighters, the house was destroyed. It is currently uninhabitable. Fortunately, the occupants, a young mother and her 3-year-old daughter were not present. But the fire took away much of their belongings and memories.
