Thermaltake enters the gaming monitor market

On the occasion of CES2023 still taking place today in Las Vegas, Thermaltake presented, alongside its new cases and cooling systems, two screens for gamers. Indeed, while one screen is flat, the second has a curve. On the other hand, the brand did not communicate the references of its screens.

Thermaltake QHD 165Hz gaming monitors with NVIDIA G-Sync

In terms of technical specifications, 27″ flat screen offers a definition QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) with a now classic refresh rate of 165 Hz with a response time of 1 ms. About the VRRwe will have on one side the NVIDIA G-Sync compatibility and on the other of theAMD FreeSync Premium. We also find a certification VESAHDR 400 screen. In terms of design, nothing exceptional, but in the pictures the foot still looks quite imposing and we have a RGB lighting on the back.

As for the second screen, it is a model with a diagonal of 32″ with a curvature Of type 1000R. There is also a definition QHDa refresh rate of 165Hz a you 1 millisecond in MPRT this time (it doesn’t say GTG or MPRT on the first screen). We also find the same certifications concerning the VRR. Here in terms of design, it seems a little more elaborate than on the 27″ screen with a white back cover and RGB lighting in a circle in the center.

Since in the Hardware Kitchen we really like to test screens, we will try to get our hands on them to see what they are really worth.
