According to the couple’s biographer, the documentary series about Harry and Meghan will be released on December 8 on Netflix.
The teaser and the date are finally known! The documentary on Harry and Meghan is coming soon. And he promises his share of embarrassing revelations about the royal family. This Thursday, Netflix unveiled the first trailer for the documentary series, Harry and Meghan, devoted to the lives of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
According to the couple’s biographer, Omid Scobie, this 6-part series will be released on December 8 and “will share the other side of their love story and the challenges they faced”.
The documentary thus retraces the couple’s life, going through their hidden relationship, their royal wedding in 2018, their life at Windsor Castle, but also “the difficulties that led them to step back from their full-time roles within the British monarchy” eventually settling in California with their two children.
And the first images of the documentary speak for themselves, and clearly announce the color: dramatic soundtrack, unpublished photos of the couple in black and white… We see them between laughter and tears, marriage, travel, pregnancy, love. .. “Nobody sees what happens behind closed doors. I did everything I could to protect my family”launches Harry in the trailer. “When the stakes are so high, doesn’t it make more sense to hear our side of the story?”then asks Meghan.
The announcement of the documentary’s release comes as William and Kate are on an official visit to the United States. The start of the visit has already been disrupted by a racist controversy at Buckingham Palace on November 29. The black head of a self-help association claimed that, at a reception, the prince’s godmother and close friend of Elizabeth II, Susan Hussey, asked her insistently where she was from “really” (see the video).
In addition to the documentary, Prince Harry will release his memoirs on January 10 in a book called “Spare” (“The Substitute” in French). Something to make the members of the royal family tremble…
